The CompanyOur client is known as one of Australia’s largest specialist consultancies in data and technology. They are known for their commitment and service to their industry and continue to work with a diverse client base across both public and private sectors.The OpportunityThis Human Resources Advisor role is a critical role to support the business in all day to day people matters. It is a national role partnering with stakeholders across the business.Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:

Partner with the leaders across the business and provide HR advice and support when required
End to end recruitment and talent acquisition management including contract management
Management of the onboarding and offboarding process for new staff
Performance management including partnering with managers throughout the review process
Providing salary and remuneration advice to line managers including managing all remuneration reviews
Champion company benefits and support mechanisms available including the employee assistance program
Support leaders through organisational change initiatives such as restructures and redundancies
Identify and facilitate training and development opportunities for staff
Compliance and legislation management
Conduct an engagement survey and drive cultural initiatives
Provide information and guidance on employee visa applications
Oversee company events and assist with organisation of company forums
Drive process improvement initiatives and strategic projects

The CandidateTo be successful in this role you will have experience in a similar position alongside:

Relevant tertiary qualifications and experience in a similar role
Strong stakeholder engagement and natural relationship building skills
A hands on approach with the ability to influence decisions
Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
