- Partner with the leaders across the business and provide HR advice and support when required
- End to end recruitment and talent acquisition management including contract management
- Management of the onboarding and offboarding process for new staff
- Performance management including partnering with managers throughout the review process
- Providing salary and remuneration advice to line managers including managing all remuneration reviews
- Champion company benefits and support mechanisms available including the employee assistance program
- Support leaders through organisational change initiatives such as restructures and redundancies
- Identify and facilitate training and development opportunities for staff
- Compliance and legislation management
- Conduct an engagement survey and drive cultural initiatives
- Provide information and guidance on employee visa applications
- Oversee company events and assist with organisation of company forums
- Drive process improvement initiatives and strategic projects
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and experience in a similar role
- Strong stakeholder engagement and natural relationship building skills
- A hands on approach with the ability to influence decisions
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
