You will provide survey industry knowledge and effective project management skills to support the activities of the Survey team. You will also contribute to the overall team business development, future strategic direction and be a leading role model within the group.Key responsibilities

Ensuring that surveying tasks undertaken meet appropriate technical standards and the requirements of the client and SMEC.
Providing leadership to team members, contributors, and stakeholders to maintain quality, timeliness, and co-ordination of day-to-day project deliverables.
Participate in strategic business development activities.
Managing client relationships.
Applying project management principles to deliver assigned projects to the required standard in a timely manner.
Client liaisons and survey project management
Establishing and maintaining relationships with Local Councils and Statutory Authorities.
Facilitating the formal subdivision process
Excellent communication and financial planning skills
Compliance with OH&S requirements

About you

10+ years’ experience in surveying
Relevant professional Surveying qualifications
Project experience in a range of client sectors (land development, infrastructure authorities, civil construction etc.)
Registered Surveyor accreditation and strong knowledge of QLD surveying
Ability to provide key technical expertise and manage risks across a broad range of high-profile projects.
Business development capabilities
Drivers license and white card
