This brand strives to elevate the way people travel through suppling better quality products.With over 300 stores across Australia and New Zealand, our client has been at the fore-front of high-end travel and handbag necessities since 1927. With one prominent focus - exceptional customer service and product knowledge, our client now need a highly experience Store Manager at the helm of their store in Maitland.We are searching for an enthusiastic, charismatic, and self-motivated individual to coach and develop their team, monitor and implement KPIs, and lead the store by example making sure every customer has a memorable experience.About you:

Previous management experience in retail, is essential
High visual Merchandising skills
Have previous experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets
Ability to motivate and inspire team
Exceptional customer service

The role:

Senior Store Manager with a focus on customer service - lead by example and create memorable experiences for each customer, respond to and resolve to complaints, cultivate a customer focused environment within your team.
Attend to all daily operational aspects to company policy and procedures - Stock management
Ability to empower and motivate your team through coaching and training
