About the firmOur client is an impressive large law firm based in the heart of Sydney CBD that boasts a high-end client base and the transactions of a larger firm, whilst preserving its unique culture, genuine flexibility and work-life balance and dedication to providing clients with tailored legal advice.About the roleThe role involves working on a variety of commercial and corporate law matters, including but not limited to:

Due diligence, sale and acquisition of businesses, shares and units
Drafting and negotiating joint ventures, strategic alliances, partnership and shareholder agreements.
Corporate advisory and other general commercial advice and transactions.
Acting for small to medical enterprises, listed entities and high net worth individuals.

About you:

At least 4 years' PQE in corporate and/or commercial law
Possess excellent technical abilities and attention to detail with the ability to work autonomously across a variety of matters
Confident, personable and professional, willing to be collaborative integral part of the team
