HfH comprises several services that support clients that are experiencing or at risk of homelessness. HfH aims to integrate and better coordinate existing services within St Vincent’s Hospital and where service gaps are identified, support the development of new services to meet the needs of our clients.Operationally the role is based at Frontyard Youth Services which is a specialist youth service located in Melbourne’s CBD. Frontyard aims to support young people aged 12 to 24 to meet their physical, emotional and social needs and to develop pathways out of homelessness. This includes but is not limited to providing 18 beds crisis accommodation service and drop in center housing multiple services working with young people across Greater Melbourne and throughout Victoria.Working at St Vincent’s
