- Highly flexible working environment - 3 days office / 2 from home
- Payroll for 5,000 employees – weekly and fortnightly
- Team of 10 with 34 EBA’s and Awards
- Reporting into the Payroll Manager
- Ensure wages payments comply with award
- Plan and implement all payroll changes
- Oversee the payroll helpdesk function
- Respond to escalated payroll queries in an efficient and timely manner
The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar position along with the following skills and attributes:
- Previous experience in full function payroll processing
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proven process improvement initiatives
- High attention to detail including prioritising and organising workload
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work well under pressure
- Confident when dealing with stakeholders both internal and external
- Able to take initiative and accountability for assigned task
- Excellent salary $80k - $85k + super (dependent on experience)
