- Supporting compliance and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Collaborating with the team manager and partner to ensure client and team satisfaction.
- Assisting in tax return preparation, financial statement creation, and reconciliations.
- Handling administration tasks, client record maintenance, and data entry.
- Preparing and reviewing reports, including timesheets, client service agreements, and invoicing.
- Contributing to strategy implementation for clients, learning ATO registrations, conducting PPSR & List property searches, and preparing meeting minutes and resolutions.
- Managing task lists (workflow) for the team, meeting deadlines, and reporting back to the manager.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel).
- Familiarity with Class Super (Advantageous but not essential).
- Excellent written and verbal communication, coupled with a positive problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to prioritize and coordinate tasks efficiently.
- A genuine team player with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
- Support Analysts, Advisors, Senior Advisers, Managers, and Partners in the SMSF team.
