- Create and manage annual marketing communications plan, including budgets and timelines.
- Implement marketing campaigns, programs and events to advance Konica Minolta’s brand identity and awareness of product portfolio with existing and new customers.
- Oversee Konica Minolta’s public relations strategy and programs, cultivate meaningful relationships with external audiences and serve as the point of contact for communications.
- Lead internal communications initiatives and manage stakeholder engagement.
- Create comprehensive and effective content strategy with high engagement rates.
- Manage inhouse creative resource and development of creative for campaigns, events and company initiatives.
- Design and develop effective sales and marketing materials to create awareness and connect customers with the brand and portfolio.
- Manage annual events calendar and ensure successful execution of customer and industry events to promote Konica Minolta and garner interest with products and services.
- Coach, guide and lead the marketing communications team to ensure set objectives are met and develop their capabilities.
- Demonstrated experience in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field in B2B environment.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing or Communications.
- Sound experience in content strategy, media buying, planning, briefing and agency management.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and budget management.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management and organisational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas.
