- Support the Strategic Client Manager in retaining and growing Ascenda's existing global client relationships, to contribute to incremental growth in revenue and engagement
- Use SQL and internal dashboards to monitor and report on client success metrics
- Engage with clients and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Service, Finance and Partnerships, to maintain, and implement strategic account plans and campaigns
- Coordinate campaign mechanics, backend configuration, mockups and approvals of marketing assets provided by clients
- Monitor and drive the resolution of operational matters
- Assist in delivering new initiatives and technical upgrades for the clients by collaborating closely with Ascenda's project, product and software engineering teams
- Conduct documentation updates for client information
- Perform industry research to support the Strategic Client Team in providing insights and recommendations for clients' growth
- Perform other ad hoc job-related duties as assigned
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing support or coordination, partnerships and / or account management
- Understanding / Interest within banking / fintech / loyalty is a big plus
- An exceptional written and oral communicator
- Strong project management and organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Comfortable with numbers, strong ability to monitor and analyze performance, and develop insights
- Cultural sensitivity and an ability to develop strong relationships with clients from different cultures and backgrounds around the world
- Ability to navigate and work fluidly within a fast paced and changing work environment
- Willing to take initiative and work independently
- A fast learner
