- Managing pipette calibration lab shared email Inbox queue and response to customer.
- Ensuring timely and professional communication with customer
- Ensure service order are processed efficiently and in timely manner, managing customer expectations with efficient response time.
- Generate service report and billing summary via service booking system to enable accurate invoicing.
- Ensure electronic calibration certificates are archived appropriately.
- Provide administrative support to enable quality service delivery.
- Track and manage pipette service pre-booking system.
- Liaise with technician and 2IC to schedule onsite service.
