Key Responsibilities:1. Process Analysis and Optimization:
- Analyze existing processes and systems to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline operations, reduce cycle times, and enhance overall productivity.
- Utilize tools such as time-motion studies, process flow diagrams, and value stream mapping to identify optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to develop and implement quality control measures and standards.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and address quality issues, defects, and deviations from specifications.
- Design and implement quality assurance protocols to ensure consistency and reliability in production processes.
- Evaluate resource utilization, including manpower, materials, equipment, and space, to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Develop production schedules, capacity plans, and resource allocation strategies to meet production targets and customer demands.
- Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts.
- Design efficient and ergonomic workstations, layouts, and facilities to enhance worker safety, comfort, and productivity.
- Conduct ergonomic assessments to identify and mitigate workplace hazards and risk factors.
- Implement strategies to promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to drive innovation and efficiency gains.
- Facilitate cross-functional teams to brainstorm, prototype, and implement new technologies, processes, and solutions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress and quantify the impact of improvement initiatives.
- Serve as the department representative and coordinator for production departments for compliance on ISO Certifications 9001:2015, 14001:2015, 45001:2015.
- Ensure adherence to relevant regulatory and certification requirements to maintain and enhance our ISO certification status.
- Develop, implement, and maintain safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions to foster a culture of safety within the organization.
- Promote the company philosophy of trustworthiness and integrity.
- Actively participate in and contribute to the team, comply with the company's authorization schedule, and comply with any other reasonable request from management.
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in process optimization, quality management, and resource planning.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Certification in workplace safety by the National Safety Council of India.
- Familiarity with ISO Certifications 9001:2015, 14001:2015, 45001:2015.
