As a turnkey solution, we offer the opportunity to gain a holistic understanding of our business operations, creating huge opportunities for growth.Within our logistics services business there are 17+ depots throughout Australia, allowing various development and progression opportunities.YOUR ROLEJoin us in a pivotal role as a Regional Compliance Manager, where you'll be instrumental in ensuring compliance within our logistics contract for the Australian Defence Force.Working at our Orchard Hills site (or any of our other EOS sites), on Darug land, your role purpose is toManage the MHF Framework, Regional Safety & Compliance Coordinator schedule, national compliance program for the regionsCoordinate MHF Workshops and reviews, development, review, and subsequent dispatch of Comcare Annual Reports, other internal and external audit programsManage team resources effectively to deliver various outputs such as compiling, producing, and analysing MHF Major Accident Control review reports, identifying continuous improvement initiatives, providing advice & recommendations, consolidating regional compliance findings and results, assisting in the development and implementation of organizational objectives and initiatives, and managing the budgetLead the team by setting objectives, appraising performance, and developing team membersYOUR EXPERIENCEAdvanced Diploma or higher qualification in a relevant discipline and/or experienceDemonstrated experience in maintaining exceptional relationships will all stakeholders while managing multiple and transversal requirementsBroad knowledge and /or experience of logistics operations involving dangerous goodsExisting NV1 clearance holders or above would be highly advantageousWE ENCOURAGE YOU TO APPLYAfter you have applied, you will receive an email acknowledging your application.
