Your role is primarily responsible for the delivery and review of engineering design and project delivery services and processes, with a focus on design for CSG and water production, compression and power generation facilities.Other responsibilities include:

Support the different phases of projects in accordance with schedule
Assist with managing the detailed design engineering consultant
Ensuring that earthwork and civil requirements from the different authorities and agreements are understood
Review all related parts of the design, support the bid evaluation of contracts throughout the project lifecycle
Supervise engineering contractors and develop and maintain relationships with all other stakeholders.

About You

You are someone with the ability to plan, prioritise and organise workload effectively and have a pro-active attitude. You take responsibility and are accountable for your actions. Recognizing the importance of teamwork, you will champion support and sharing information.

Furthermore you will have:

10 + years of Civil & Structural Engineering experience and a relevant degree
Experience working in the Oil and Gas industry and or an engineering company
Thorough knowledge of QLD soils, erosion and sediment control plans
Understanding of the relevant Australian and International Standards
RPEQ, NER and/or CPEng status highly desirable
