About the roleWe have an exciting opportunity to join our team as Lifestyle Assistant at Regis NorwoodThe role will suit someone who is energetic and positive and have a passion to enhance the lives of our residents. In return, we will provide you with an environment where you will feel supported to share your ideas and feel appreciated.How you'll make an impact
  • Assist in carrying out lifestyle assessments of residents
  • Promote happiness, wellbeing and quality of life for residents
  • Assist in delivery of various workshops, social and other activities
  • Actively participate in the delivery of activity programs
  • Document any changes to resident's activities or as required by Occupational Health & Safety
  • Communicate with residents and their families
The traits that will help you succeed in the role
  • Certificate IV in Leisure and Health (desirable)
  • Pro active and energetic self starter with strong customer service focus
  • Demonstrated understanding and knowledge regarding the ACFI framework (desirable)
  • Experience using a computerised Care Management System (desirable)
  • An eagerness to grow and develop career in Aged Care
