Talenza has been engaged by a niche financial services provider to source a strong Senior Digital Business Analyst.Are you passionate about leveraging technology to drive business growth and innovation? We're seeking a skilled Senior Digital Business Analyst to join a dynamic team on a 12-month day rate contract basis. As a crucial liaison between our business stakeholders and development teams, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the digital landscape of the organization.Requirements:

Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in a digital or technology-focused environment.
Prior digital project delivery within financial services is a must
Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working closely with development teams, familiarity with Agile methodologies is preferred.
API experience would be high advantageous
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
IIBA certifications preferred

Contract length: 6 months with likely extension or option to convert to permanent
Location: This position is based Sydney and candidates must have full work rights. Office attendance 2 days per week
