About the CompanyOur client is a boutique, management-owned real estate and private credit investment firm headquartered in Melbourne CBD. With a focus on equity and debt investments across Australia, the organisation offers a unique opportunity for seasoned sales professionals to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment while expanding networks and expertise.As an Associate Director of Distributions, your role involves overseeing investor relations and fundraising for real estate structured credit. You'll ensure top-notch engagement with HNW and UHNW investors and stakeholders while providing timely feedback.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead investor relations and sales engagement across Australian family offices, independent advisors, accountants, and high and ultra-high net worth investors;
  • Implement sales & marketing strategy to drive investment opportunities;
  • Contribution to the design of new investment opportunities, providing valuable feedback;
  • Preparation of investment memorandums, fund documentation, and investor presentations;
  • Manage the CRM (Salesforce);
  • Facilitate application and loan executions, including KYC and AML checks, eDMs, and data room management; AND
  • Ensure compliance with AFSL requirements.
Technical Skills & Qualifications
  • Tertiary education in finance, economics, accounting, law, or related fields (Postgraduate qualifications highly advantageous);
  • Ability to bring developed network of HNW and UHNW investor relationships.
  • 8+ years of industry experience, with at least 5 years in distribution & capital raising or similar roles at medium to large-scale firms;
  • Previous exposure to real assets, particularly real estate private debt, highly regarded;
  • Experience in deal-by-deal campaigns and fundraising;.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other similar CRM tools;
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with the team; AND
  • Self-driven and motivated to attain company targets aligned with divisional objectives.
