Serve as the main point of contact for order processing
Adress customer follow-ups and complaints
Serve both internally and externally
Your day-to-day tasks will include managing a high volume of phone calls
Perform data entry
Ensure customer satisfaction remains paramount
We're seeking candidates:
With a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service
