Ensuring accurate and timely data entry into our freight management system
Managing transport documentation and purchase orders
Coordinating manifests for freight distribution
Engaging with transport carriers, shipping agents, and freight forwarders to ensure smooth import/export operations
Understanding stock on hand and forward planning
End to end processes
Execution of contracts
We're seeking candidates:
With at least 3 years of experience in transport/logistics
Proficient in data entry and document collation
Familiar with Connotes & Manifests
A strong customer service orientation
Experience with AX Dynamics is advantageous
