- Leading and motivating cashier team within the store in accordance with the company’s standards and guidelines
- Driving sales and achieving KPI's for your department
- Maintaining an up to date knowledge of products and promotions including awareness of new arrivals, best sellers and offering alternatives
- Taking primary responsibility for till operations and security within the store and driving excellent customer service at the cash desk
- Investigating, reporting and resolving discrepancies
- Planning and managing the rosters for the cashier team
- Engaging with relevant training and development of the team (as directed by management)
