- Ensure all team functions are performed safely to a high quality, and both internal and external customer expectations are met at all times;
- Drive an ongoing improvement culture in Safety, Quality and Productivity for the Service Department;
- Enhance the customer experience and value offered in all aspects of the Service Department;
- Manage new and existing service contracts;
- Meet monthly sales and gross profit budgets, as well as service key performance indicators;
- Identify and rectify areas for improvement, including the management of daily work in progress and customer loyalty measures.
- Demonstrated ability in successfully leading, developing and motivating a workforce;
- Experience and sound knowledge of Penske Australia products and services;
- Strong experience in understanding and interpreting business financial information;
- Ability to understand and grasp technical product information;
- Demonstrated skills in managing customer relationships and developing sales strategies;
- Experience in managing budgets;
- A strong understanding of Quality Assurance and OH&S systems and implementation;
- Ability to conduct formal presentations to dealers, clients and management teams:
