Develop a balanced therapeutic and social lifestyle program that is responsive to Leisure and Lifestyle at the residence that is based.
Ensure resident needs are communicated and documented appropriately. This includes having input into resident assessments, person centred care plan development and reviews, and completing 3 monthly ROD reviews.
Assist in the delivery and/or supervise the delivery of lifestyle programs as per the monthly calendar.
Ensure all staff follows Occupational Health and Safety policies and procedures.
