A team who values real diversity and inclusion, in a big brand with big ambitions.What you'll be doingThe PD Project Controller sits within the Integration and Reporting Team, under Portfolio Delivery, supporting IT Transformation. The team is responsible for providing, creating and maintaining reporting functionality at both a project and portfolio level, utilising a range of tools such as Power BI, Microsoft Excel and SharePoint.This will include, however is not limited to;

Preparing and summarising essential data for Project Managers, including project financial breakdowns, views of resourcing supply and demand and other key project metrics
Assisting Project Managers with financial analysis to understand trends in project spend
Maintaining existing SharePoint and Project Online project sites
Supporting end of month activities across the portfolio such as time-sheeting compliance, financial forecasting, status reporting and other ad hoc activities
Independently reviewing and updating reporting with a focus on continuous improvement and automation
Ensuring project schedules are realistic and consistent with estimates of costs to complete
Engaging with key stakeholders across the Project Management, PD and Finance teams

You'll be great in this role if you…

Tertiary qualifications ideally in a finance field, or equivalent work experience
2+ years of experience in financial accounting, auditing or reporting
Practical experience with data visualisation and analysis
Proven ability to generate high quality project documentation, artefacts and reporting
Demonstrated expertise in financial modelling, investigations and reconciliation
Adept at building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives
Skilled presenter with the ability to convey complex information clearly to facilitate informed decision making
