- Implement and manage our CRM system (HubSpot) to streamline customer interactions and data management
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns through the CRM system to engage customers and drive sales
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for growth
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CRM system
- Collaborate with the PR and communications team to develop and execute effective strategies
- Assist in crafting compelling press releases, articles, and other promotional materials
- Monitor media coverage and maintain positive relationships with journalists and industry influencers
- Support the organization of press conferences, interviews, and other PR events
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, website, etc.)
- Create engaging and informative content to attract and retain customers
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
- Demonstrate a willingness to take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and market conditions
- Support other marketing and business development initiatives as required

- a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of CRM systems (preferably HubSpot)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. Working with tools such as HooteSuite, Webflow and Figma.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional global teams
