Due to their thriving and successful business model this medium sized sector specialist with circa 70 consultants is looking to increase their presence in the Technology sector by hiring a new Principal Consultant into their Head office in Sydney.The desk will involve full 360 recruitment within a mixture of existing and new clients supported by a Resourcing team of experienced candidate focused consultants. They are currently working with some of the major Top 5 Banks, large multinational corporates and the pick of the Nationals and SME's. Leverage opportunities are significant with their existing client base delivering more than they can manage.The big picture is to become an Associate Director within 12-24 mths and take a leading role in shaping this agencies' future.In return for your hard work you will benefit from:

To be considered you must have:

Ideally 5 to 10 years+ agency recruitment experience
Extensive Technology sector experience
360 agency recruitment experience
Exceptional client and business development skills
