Promptly respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Resolve issues and complaints with urgency and patience
Accurately enter customer data and maintain records
Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Follow up with customers to resolve issues
Follow established processes and protocols
