A successful fund custodian business, this organisation has multi-billion dollar clients with a wide range of asset investments and boasts a highly experienced management team. They have a fast paced environment and hire smart, motivated people who love to learn new things and take ownership of their work.This is a newly created role in a team of Fund Accountants that will support the ongoing growth of the business and be looked at as a potential future leader of the team.

Preparation of fund financial statements
Investor reporting across a portfolio of investment entities
Quarterly accounting and workpapers
NAV calculations
Income tax and BAS statements
Ensure internal controls are in place and fund compliance activities carried out
Provide oversight across commercial, legal, tax and accounting matters for all entities
Month-end reconciliations
Management of the year-end audit

You must be CA/CPA qualified with 3+ years' experience in fund accounting and have strong skills in financial statements and local tax, this is essential to ensure you can step up to Manager level. You must be a smart, motivated, professional individual with excellent communication skills and have the potential to lead and develop others.This is a great chance for any experienced Fund Accountant to take on a role that will allow them to step up to a more senior level.Please send your resume to quoting reference CD12594.
