- Managing the day-to-day operations of a retail business, including managing sales, inventory, customer service, marketing, and customer interactions
- Build and strengthen client relationships while delivering outstanding customer service
- Lead, develop and manage a diverse work force ensuring they meet performance objectives
- Identify areas for improvement and utilise Sodexo systems, policies and procedures with a view towards improving the efficiency of village operations
- Familiar with HACCP compliance and remote site HSE requirements
- Proven ability to negotiate, influence, listen, guide and interact effectively with all stakeholders
- Solid understanding of HR processes and cultural competence
- Strong people management skills and proven ability to build and support team cohesion
- Excellent computer, compliance and reporting skills
- Must have current RSA compliant for NSW
