- Develop and lead retail engagement across the Grocery portfolio with our Corporate Customers
- Manage and drive our iconic brands and market leading position
- Develop and execute customer plans, delivering direction for the business on entry and engagement in new Categories
- Customer relationship development - becoming the first point of contact for retailers
- Data analysis and mining information to create and deliver Category Insight to both internal and external key stake holders
- 2+ years' experience in Account Management
- FMCG experience, ideally with Coles/Woolworths or independent grocery
- Strong commercial acumen and planning capability
- High levels of tenacity and resilience, with a result orientated mentality
- Creative, driven and motivated with solid sales experience
- Experience working with new customers and developing relationships quickly
- Understanding of end-to-end supply chain drivers within FMCG
