- Provide administration and coordinator support to specific dealership operational projects / task as requested by Dealership Manager.
- Lead and coordinate dealership continuous improvement initiatives / pilots, as requested by the Dealer Manager.
- Parts and Service support administration and marketing activities, such as generating and maintaining mailing list, customer follow-up reports, invoicing etc.
- Support the accurate daily time recording submission into the payroll system, for all dealership Parts and Service personnel, when required.
- Dealership management travel coordination, conference room bookings, catering for events and workshops and general event coordination/support for dealership.
- Promote wellbeing and health in your team by supporting positive work/life choices, having an awareness of mental health and other health issues, and understanding support networks.
- Sound time management skills, self-motivated and organised.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an operational office environment is desirable.
