Job DescriptionIT Customer Support and Data Entry Internship for a Leading Logistics Solutions BusinessAbout Client:With more than 100 franchises, our client is now a logistics solutions business, delivering a range of products and services and solving everyday problems for over 7,000 businesses all over Australia.They provide personal account management, innovative new products, and shipping services to better meet all Australian business needs.Responsibilities:Our client is looking for an IT Customer Support Intern to assist their customers with technical problems when using products and services. Main responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions, and guiding users through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who's able to earn our clients' trust. You should also be familiar with help desk softwareRespond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat.Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.Analyze and report portal malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users).Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team membersInform customers about new features and functionalitiesFollow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolvedGather customer feedback and share with our IT, Sales, and Marketing teams.Perform data entry, data cleaning, and data quality checks.Work on data integration activities to ensure data accuracy and completeness.Maintain data documentation and data dictionaries.About You:Prior experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role is idealExperience using help desk software and remote support toolsUnderstanding of how CRM systems workExperience using Microsoft Office applications, especially ExcelExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsMulti-tasking abilitiesPatience when handling tough casesMore:6 months part-time internship of 3 days per weekStart date: June 2024 * Location: Australia
  • Work Arrangement: remote
Monthly allowance provided to cover expenses
