- Overall management of construction projects from initial setup through to completion
- Ensure compliance with HSECQ requirements
- Ensure effective cost control and efficient running of the project
- Coordinate direct labour and subcontractors
- Project progress reporting and conducting weekly meetings
- Provision of advice on any technical and engineering issues
- Liaise closely with the client ensuring project runs to program
- Involvement with tendering/estimation
- Raise RFI’s and track responses
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Construction Management (or similar)
- Cert IV Leadership and Development
- Accreditation with a recognised industry body (or working toward)
- Strong program formation and coordination abilities; solid Primavera P6 or MS Project skills
- Extensive experience in a comparable role within the construction and remediation industry
- A high level of understanding and commitment for safety
- Strong, positive and inclusive leadership and management skills
- Experience in leading a team of engineers, HSEQ, direct workforce and subcontractors
