- Developing and executing source strategies to deliver best value to the organisation ensuring best practice to help shape the organisation and achieve prioritised outcomes.
- Ensure Royal Freemasons has best practice policies, procedures and guidelines for procurement, tendering and contract management and develop, improve and implement these as required
- Preparing, managing and delivering a key contract review program ensuring timely and regular contract renewals/revisions
- Lead the tendering process for the business and partner with appropriate sites to enable the success of the contracts engaged
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience within procurement and contract management
- Proven experience in negotiating supplier and vendor contracts, and evaluating suppliers’ delivery against same
- Experience in developing and delivering detailed procurement reports that provide insights into spending patterns, supplier performance, and market trends. Including presenting reports to stakeholders to inform strategic decision-making
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational performance and deliver commercial outcomes through the timely and cost-efficient supply of supplies across the organisation
- Extensive knowledge of, and technical competence with, contract management software
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of procurement and contracts frameworks, contract management, including negotiation, and ongoing variations
