Data Analyst

• Define Data Models: Work with Data and Solution Architects, and suppliers to establish Legacy and Target system data models / data structures. Including data integration to reporting systems such as EDW / DW etc.
• Data Interfaces: Work with Technical Resources to establish Legacy System to staging to Target System interfaces for the migration of data and to support project interim states.
• Data Acquisition and Ownership. Work with the business and technical stakeholders to identify and obtain source data, and to implement Data Survivorship Rules for Matching and Merging of master data.
• Data Quality and Remediation: Work with business and technical stakeholders to assess data quality in legacy systems and establish data cleansing framework and activities. Also own activities related to data quality assessment and remediation in coordination with business.
• Data Mapping and Transformation: Design, Build and Own activities related to data acquisition, staging, data mapping and transformation.
• Data Load and Reconciliation: Design, Build and Own activities related to data load and reconciliation.
• Migrate Data: Lead and Manage data migration activities for trial migrations, testing, and production cutover such that legacy system applications/infrastructure can be decommissioned.
• Data Migration Strategy & Documentation: Provide input to data migration strategy and build & maintain design documentation as well as results/metrics.
• Protect Data: Work with Cyber Security, Environment team, and associated vendors to ensure data is protected in transit and rest in accordance with Security Standards.

• Must have experience of working in large data migration programs.
• Worked on data mapping, data quality, data cleansing, transformation, and reconciliations.
• Worked with migrations to/from On-Premise and SaaS systems like JDE, Salesforce, MDM systems etc.
• Excellent understanding of data migration best practices and methodologies.
• Experience working in an Azure environment.
• Strong SQL skills including ability to write complex stored procedures.
• Strong experience with any of the ETL tools like Informatica, Azure Data Factory, Talend etc.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Product Management, MDM and Fulfilment is highly desirable.
• Strong stakeholder engagement.
