Practice Nurse (RN/EEN/AIN)SMS Group is looking for an EEN or RN to join our enthusiastic Nurses team at our Earlwood, Bangor and Sans Souci sites on a casual, part-time, or full-time basis.​The successful applicant will hold a current AHPRA registration and new graduates are welcomed to apply.Are you a team player; self-motivated and familiar with Best Practice clinical software tools? This position will give you the opportunity to undertake a variety of practice administrative & nursing tasks as required, with opportunity to pursue further training in your nursing career and taking on leading role within the nursing team if you are up to it.   • Current AHPRA registration as EEN or RN.
  • Vaccination knowledge and be able to deliver immunisation.
  • Able to triage patient and understand acute care needs.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High level of computer literacy.
  • Able to work at our different clinic locations as the position may require.
  • Australian Citizen or Permanent / Temporary Resident without working hours restrictions.
Preferred Criteria:
  • Previous experience in a general practice setting.
  • Previous experience in preparation for Accreditation standards.
  • Experience in Chronic diseases management.
  • Wound management experience.
  • Knowledge of Best Practice software.
  • Immunisation accredited.
  • Able to do venesection (blood collection) or cannulation.
  • Well Women's screening.
