Customer Advisor (SSC)Regional Australia Bank is currently seeking Expressions of Interest from customer focused individuals to work within our Armidale based Service Support Centre (SSC).
  • Full time, or part time, appointments available.
  • $28.50 to $29.50 per hour + Superannuation and Leave Loading.
  • To be considered for this role, applicants must hold current work rights for Australia.
About the SSCOur Service Support Centre is an integral part of Regional Australia Bank's business structure and is responsible for ensuring the delivery of excellent telephone service to members by way of 'first point of contact' resolution. The opening hours of our SSC are Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm as well as Saturday 8:30 am to 12:00 pm.The SSC is a fun and dynamic environment to work in, providing an excellent start for those looking to expand their career opportunities within financial services and beyond.About Customer AdvisorsThe Customer Advisor (SSC) is a multi-skilled first point of contact, role. As Customer Advisor (SSC) the focus is on the customer experience, helping both new and existing customers with their banking needs and goals. As you learn on the job, we will support your development, providing training and coaching including the obtainment of Tier II accreditation to ensure that you can confidently provide advice on products to our customers.About YouTo be successful in this role you will need to have:
  • a strong customer focus, excellent communication skills and a friendly professional phone manner
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to be calm under pressure
  • Effective time management and multitasking skills
  • Basic knowledge of banking products, services, and procedures (training will be provided)
  • a willingness to learn and to work cohesively in a team.
