What are we looking for?

An experienced Marketing / Digital / Tech agency recruiter with a genuine interest in the Marketing field
At least 12 months agency recruitment experience
Prepared to work in a delivery role for 9-12 months. Opportunity to stay focused on delivery OR a pathway into 360 recruitment
Show a level of graft, commitment and not afraid to be on the phone
Genuine interest in Marketing (can articulate why during interview)
