Job DescriptionYour new opportunity:An excellent full time, permanent career opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Advisor to join our Darwin location. This is an important role supporting our Service team and managers as we continually strive to deliver an outstanding level of service to our customers.Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, providing exceptional customer service whilst providing administration support to assist the Service and Parts departments.In this role you will:
  • Coordinate service administration support to ensure that all processes are completed in a timely manner
  • Action and rectify queries to maintain good customer relations
  • Ensure that all parts and service invoices are reconciled, coded and approved
  • Raise, maintain and receipt purchase orders and general local purchasing for the Branch
  • Assist in processing of Technician labour into repair orders and appropriate systems
About you:
  • You'll be an excellent communicator, display sound time management and organisational skills.
  • Have knowledge of general office procedure with a minimum of 2 years administration or clerical experience.
  • Have exceptional customer service skills and prior experience in a service environment is desirable.
  • Have the ability to read and interpret service agreements as well as to apply the appropriate problem-solving techniques where necessary.
