Purpose
- Serve as the primary contact for all IT related queries
- Working closely with our technology department
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Promptly responding to IT support requests and efficiently resolving them.
- Diagnosing and rectifying hardware, software, and network issues.
- Configuring and setting up new IT equipment, including but not limited to computers, smartphones, and other tech devices.
- Providing basic training and instructions to users on new systems and applications.
- Conducting regular maintenance and updates to ensure secure and efficient system operations.
- Monitoring IT systems for security or performance issues and addressing them accordingly.
- Working closely with our technological department and coordinating with external IT vendors and service providers as required.
- Documenting IT processes, support queries, and their resolutions.
- Keeping abreast of the latest technological advancements and IT best practices.
- Ensuring adherence to IT policies and data protection laws.
- Help the clients of the company with any specific IT related needs such as maintaining a secure and proper WIFI connection within the clients' house, maintenance of all apps and clients' accounts, ensuring a proper maintenance of all clients' devices.
- Scout & assess which tech devices & accessories to buy for the company according to office needs
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Demonstrable experience in an IT support role, within a corporate or private office environment.
- Strong familiarity with Windows computer systems, iOS mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Experience with Windows Server is highly desirable.
- Excellent problemsolving skills to address a range of IT issues.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluent in English.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Commitment to maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
- Flexibility to work varying hours and availability for emergency oncall duties.
