- Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of products/services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior sales team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and transactions.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Bachelor’s in business administration, marketing or any related field
- 2+ years’ experience in same role or similar role Strong understanding of industry trends, customer needs and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, presenting and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel, as required. Strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills.
