- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue across all travel products.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to align revenue management strategies with overall business objectives.
- Identify and implement new revenue opportunities, including dynamic pricing models and ancillary revenue streams.
- Analyze market trends, booking patterns, and competitive data to inform pricing strategies.
- Monitor and adjust pricing based on market demand and inventory levels.
- Develop accurate demand forecasts for different travel products, ensuring optimal inventory management.
- Build and maintain revenue management reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze data from various sources to identify trends and opportunities for revenue optimization.
- Provide actionable insights to the executive team and support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee inventory allocation to ensure optimal distribution across all sales channels.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop promotions and campaigns that drive revenue growth.
- Monitor booking windows and adjust inventory strategies to maximize revenue.
- Manage relationships with distribution partners to ensure optimal product visibility and pricing.
- Evaluate the performance of distribution channels and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates.
- Develop strategies to minimize distribution costs and maximize profitability.
- Work closely with the commercial, marketing, and data analytics teams to ensure cohesive revenue management strategies.
- Provide training and support to other departments on revenue management principles and practices.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive revenue management experience in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of pricing strategies, demand forecasting, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in data analysis and revenue management software (e.g., RMS, Excel).
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to influence and drive change.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent command of English
- UAE Experience is a must
