Trade Execution Specialist – Import / export

- Preparing and reviewing import and export documents including PI, CI, BL, and contracts.
- Prepare and manage all necessary trade documentation such as bills of lading, letters of credit, invoices, and certificates of origin.
- Ensure compliance with international trade practices and legal requirements, including those specific to the agricultural sector.
- Execute purchase and sale agreements for corn and soybean trades as per the traders' instructions.
- Monitor documentation processes to identify and address discrepancies or errors that could pose risks to the transaction, including financial, reputational, and operational risks.
- Utilize accurate and complete documentation to facilitate timely and efficient trade execution, minimizing delays and ensuring smooth transitions through various customs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and approved codes of practice.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant order.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Prior experience in the Logistics/ Import and export industry
- Analytical, results-driven, assertive, customer-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
