- Increase revenue by achieving sales objectives in existing key accounts and new accounts
- Identify market opportunities and potential customers for expansion by monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Develop and execute plans to penetrate new markets and increase market share.
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and conferences to promote the company and its offerings.
- Leverage your extensive network to establish and nurture strong relationships with sports clubs, federations, and retailers.
- Conduct regular customer visits to foster relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Using business systems to effectively to analyze sales activities and customer base as well as creating regular sales forecasts and performing an efficient pipeline management
- 7+ years business development, sales, product management, marketing or other directly related experience
- You are a Networker by heart! You are well connected in the textile industry/Apparel, enabling you to hit the ground running
- You have extensive network and connections in the teamsport ecosystem especially (Saudi Pro League, Sport Federation, Performance Brands)
- Proficient in assessing customer needs
- Knowledgeable on conducting market and territory analysis and planning, paired with excellent negotiation skills
- Skilled in project / process management and meeting facilitation
- Ability to work within an highly matrix organization with a multicultural environment and diverse workforce
- Languages: English (business fluent), ideally Arabic
