- Manage the end-to-end supply chain process including sourcing, procurement, inventory management, and delivery.
- Collaborate with suppliers and traders and customers to negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and maintain strong relationships.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Plan and coordinate the transportation of goods from suppliers to customers, including negotiating rates and ensuring timely delivery.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize supply chain and logistics operations.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to reduce operational expenses.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of all supply chain and logistics activities.
- Follow up with freight forwarders for ensure smooth shipping and meet ETA commitments
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain and logistics management.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes, including sourcing, procurement, inventory management, and transportation.
- Excellent communication , Admin and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using supply chain and logistics software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- International export trading experience in IT HW will be preferred
- Fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
