- Develop and implement comprehensive volume recruitment strategies across Operations, Technical, Flight and Cabin Crew
- Lead, coach and mentor a team of talent acquisition professionals, ensuring they are supported and that they continue to develop and upskill
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce planning, talent needs and hiring forecasts, aligning recruitment efforts accordingly
- Design and implement scalable recruitment processes and workflows to streamline candidate sourcing, screening and selection, utilising technology and automation where practicable
- Create positive experiences for managers and candidates through developing user-centric experiences in critical moments that matter within the Talent Acquisition lifecyle that differentiate Etihad in the Talent market and go beyond transactional activities for new hires,
- In partnership with the DE&I Lead, champion DEI initiatives within the talent acquisition process, ensuring fair and equitable hiring processes and to ensure diverse pipelines of talent
- Manage the recruitment of senior leader (SM2) and above Talent Acquisition activity, including the management of third-party consultants for Executive grade recruitment
- Utilise data and analytics to track recruitment metrics, identify trends and make data-driven decisions to optimise talent acquisition strategy and processes
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies and incorporate them into actionable volume recruitment strategies
- Work cross-functionally to ensure high volume recruitment campaigns are supported with fit for purpose employer branding and marketing collateral
- Collaborate with the wider HR Community to ensure alignment between volume recruitment and onboarding, training and workforce planning
- A minimum of 10 years’ volume talent acquisition experience, with at least 5 years at managerial level, ideally within an airline
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful high volume talent acquisition strategies in a fast-paced, high growth environment
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve results
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align volume recruitment initiatives with business objectives
- Proficiency in recruitment technologies, with the ability to leverage data and analytics to drive decision-making
