- Monitor and operate various equipment and machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment is functioning properly and safely.
- Respond promptly to equipment malfunctions or breakdowns and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting equipment.
- Record operational data and maintain accurate logs of equipment performance and maintenance activities.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Coordinate with other team members and departments as necessary to complete tasks and achieve operational goals.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to company policies and regulations at all times.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic qualification in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in facility management or operations preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- UAE nationals will be given priority, but candidates of other nationalities are encouraged to apply.
