Job descriptionWe are urgently looking for a senior candidate from Asset Management (Real estate).Job Description:

Client-side roles, managing third party service providers, real estate valuation and performance projection, real estate budgeting and accounting processes and (re) development management and refurbishment projects
Asset & property management and leasing experience across all sectors with strong understanding of international best practices
Strong focus on strategy, control and risk management
Application of international best practice and standards to local operations

Candidate Profile:

10+ years in asset management in Real estate industry
Bachelor's degree in Land Economics, Real Estate Management or any related field
Quantitative & qualitative analytic skills, Leadership, Managerial skills, cultural awareness, ability to work independently and as part of ream to flexible working arrangements
Member of relevant society, institute, or association
Strong organizational, planning, project management, communication, problem solving, decision-making, time management & negotiation skills
