- Prepare and submit necessary documentation for approvals from Dubai municipality and various authorities in UAE.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards
- Collaborate with project teams for successful execution
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proficiency in estimation software and engineering principles
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Prior experience in fitout projects preferred (for Site Engineer position)
- Minimum 2 years of fitout experience in Dubai.
