The CompanyRobert Half International is working on an exclusive basis with an international media company based in Dubai.
Due to business growth, they are looking to recruit a Technology Lead to head up the software development team.The Role

Lead and drive the strategy and vision of the technology team
Manage 3rd party suppliers/ vendors
Maintain and create tech team practices and ensure they adhere to regulatory standards
Manage the day-to-date activities of the technology team
Evaluate and identify multiple solution design options for a range of projects
Assist other relevant depts in using technology efficiently
Manage technology budgets

The Candidate

Proven experience as Technology Lead or similar managerial role
Excellent knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure
SAP HANA experience
Background in designing/developing IT systems and planning IT
implementation
Solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting and business
operations
Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities
A strong strategic and business mindset
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Strong organisational skills
Fluent in English
