- Manage events from start to finish – concept, planning, budgeting, logistics, execution and delivery, post event feedback and analysis.
- Project management – obtain permits for venues, client approvals for design and collateral; ensure all client requirements are met through meticulous planning, execution and resolving issues.
- Train freelancers to ensure events run smoothly.
- 2 years’ experience in corporate events planning and delivery.
- Strong client, vendor and partner relationship management to drive client retention and referrals.
- Excellent commercial and financial skills with proficient Excel skills.
- UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Currently living in the United Arab Emirates – must live and work in Dubai.
- Fluent in English – excellent verbal and written English.
- Self-driven and results oriented with a drive for continuous learning and improvement.
- Professional work ethic and corporate style presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree
