Industry: ManufacturingJob Responsibilities:
- Handle Admin documentation.
- Manage employee relations.
- Prepare reports.
- Perform data entry tasks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate department.
- Review and proofread translated documents for quality assurance.
- Process gate and entry passes for various entities, maintaining a streamlined and efficient system.
- Manage and coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Assist with front desk duties when required, providing a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- Translate written and verbal communications from Arabic to English and vice versa.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Admin.
- Previous experience in document translation is highly desirable.
- Ability to interact professionally with diverse individuals.
- Diploma / Bachelors Degree
- Age: Between 25 - 35 years.
- Proficient in MS Office and capable of maintaining data confidentiality.
- Knowledge of SAP software, and IMS 9001, 14001 & 45001 would be an added advantage.
- Language: English & Arabic
- Business letter writing skills.
